Since all our products are unique and specially made for each bride we ask that you call us at 1-866-878-VEIL or at 610-287-3442 for pricing on our products. We have a show room located in the Philadelphia area and welcome the opportunity to help you select the right veil, headpieces and accessories.

Return Policy and Purchasing Guideline

All of our veils and headpieces are handmade at the time of your order. Since each piece is custom crafted for you, your order may only be returned under the following guidelines:

    1. The veil, headpiece or accessory is broken/defective.
    2. The veil, headpiece or accessory is an incorrect order.

Once you receive your order please inspect it carefully. If there are any questions or problems contact us immediately. Bellezza Veils will replace any piece that is defective or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are no longer responsible for defects found. If we are unable to replace your order for any reason, we will issue you a refund in the form of a check (excluding shipping and handling fees).

All of our products are custom made at the time of your order. It may not be canceled once an order has been placed.

Veils and headpieces can be easily damaged by repeated handling. Please handle each pieces with care, as there are no implied warranties beyond the first 7 days of the receipt.

Shipping Information

Please allow 4weeks for your order to be ready to be shipped. Once the order ships, you should receive it within 2 - 3 business days. Bellezza Veils will send you a confirmation email the day your order is shipped.
